David R Black are currently working on a new album which will be produced by Joe Gibb (Janes Addiction, Leftfield and Madonna producer) who did the 'Hearts and Stars' album last year. DRB are also putting together a rarities album containing acoustic sessions and prevously unreleased tracks. It should be available from 1000 Watt and from DRB gigs in October. David R Black are still hard at work writing songs for the new album. Half the album is already recorded and the trio are set to go back in the studio in June to finish it. 1000 Watt are hoping to preview one of the finished tracks first in the next month.

Manchester based pop-rockers Delayed Promise have released their fourth CD, the 'Forever Tonight' EP, on 1000 Watt Recordings. Check their profile page for sound clips and ordering info. The band will be touring across the country over the next few months - the latest dates will be posted on the band's website as they're confirmed.

Jupitar Sands have finished recording their latest 4-track EP containing 'Get-out Claws', 'Caskets and Wombs', 'Resting Place' and 'Backup Backoff', with Joe Gibb in Mighty Atom Studios, Swansea, where David R Black recently recorded their album. JP are now gearing up for a tour Sept/Oct and will be playing London Islington Academy with David R Black and This Product on Sat 30th September. More gigs and info to be added soon!

This Product's new record, 'Red Eyes in the Sunset will be completed for the Autumn season. It will comprise some of TP's most fresh and imaginitive work, arriving at a creative peak, and following on seamlessly from the Split LP and Chicken Beak and Feet. The 6 tracks EP will include the thirty second long punk wonder 'I'm On A Mission From God', the incredulous title track, and 'The Hides Of March'; the latter being "a little over two minutes and easily one of the most complex pieces of music we've successfully made"_TP

The band have some big dates in London and Manchester, starting with the Islington Academy on the 30th September, as well as a support slot in the pipeline this autumn.
